Features of ECXJ Fuel for Diesel Oil

Carbon removal performance: the carbon deposit and gum attached to the hot surface in the combustion chamber can be completely eliminated by combustion at 400 ℃ to improve the thermal.

High technology: active nanoparticles are added; additives disperse rapidly when added to the fuel.

High permeability: to fundamentally improve the super atomization performance of fuel to achieve the purpose of full combustion

Energy saving and environmental protection: the ECXJ fuel additive can save more than 5% fuel, effectively reducing the emissions of harmful gases like SOx, NOx, CO and flue gas.

 Marine Fuel Oil Additive

Function 1:

① Saving fuel oil: 0-10%, depending on the performance and oil quality of each machine; the test shows that adding additives to marine fuel enables an efficient control of engine maintenance and repair cost;

Increasing combustion efficiency by more than 2% (decomposing oil by ultrafine particles and reducing its viscosity);

Increasing heat conductivity by 60% (suppress and remove unburned carbon);

Prolonging the service life of the machine: service life of the fuel tank is expected to be prolonged by inhibiting the adhesion of TIP carbon black to the fuel tank;


Function 2:

① Making up for the defects of fuel oil in some aspects. In the process of mechanical movement, the impurities and water in fuel oil can be effectively absorbed through fuel oil additives;            

② Cleaning the carbon deposit in the combustion chamber, helping to decompose the fuel molecules quickly, and making them fully burn to do work;            

③ Remedying the defects of incomplete combustion and thermal efficiency reduction, improving the mechanical power, and then producing mechanical power to the greatest extent, reducing the waste of resources, and achieving the purpose of saving oil.
